Supporting American Nurses Greatest Needs in Memory of Nurse Joan Hoffman
Joan took on an endless list of causes to help those less fortunate. Caring for others was her passion. Professionally, Joan served others as a nurse for over 40 years, working throughout the state of Michigan from Detroit to Charlevoix and countless places in between. After her children were grown, Joan also spent time as a traveling nurse based out of Santa Barbara, CA, caring for others across the country. Nursing was her calling and her passion. In 2020 she volunteered her time at her residence the Fountains to help organize COVID-19 shots for members of the community. She always gave of herself and her time no matter what the cause.
